C01: Fixed exception occasionally leading to the bridge service not stopping in a timely fashion.
C02: Fixed bug preventing the bridge to send metadata to the correct MIP Driver channel when this one is replaced or removed/added again.
C03: Fixed bug preventing the bridge to restart correctly after a configuration reload.
