Release 2.02:

2.02:1 Added notification for driver movements. This is used by
       motion detection and it can also be used by events.

2.02:2 Added support for OSD menus and backlight compensation.


Known problems and limitations in version 2.02
==============================================

Note! Some limitations are also device type dependent and can behave
      different on different JVC devices!

2.02:3 To use this version of the driver, firmware 4.30 or higher
       is required.

2.02:4 Autofocus is disabled on focus requests.
       To enable the autofocus function again, send a new autofocus command.

2.02:5 Autoiris is disabled on iris requests and on goto-preset requests.
       To enable the autoiris function again, send a new autoiris command.

2.02:6 Digital Zoom is temporarily disabled when saving a preset.
