2.01:1 Fixed problem with proportional speed.

Known problems and limitations in version 2.01
==============================================

Note! Some limitations are also model dependent and can behave
      different on different models!

2.01:2 To use this version of the driver, firmware 4.47 or higher
       is required.

2.01:3 If switching the power off with the infrared remote control,
       it will only be possible to switch it back on with the infrared
       remote control and not the RS485 control.

2.01:4 Changing Remote ID using the on screen display will only influence
       the infrared remote control. The address won't change when
       using RS485. We don't know how to set/change the CamID (address)
       when using RS485 control.


Known problems and limitations with PTC-400C models.

2.01:5  In some cases when zooming the next command is
        accepted only after several seconds.
