AXIS WinPoint
=============
  
  AXIS StorPoint Disco can be used with:

  * Windows 95/98
  * Windows NT 4.0

  The AXIS WinPoint software makes Configuration and Management of 
  Axis Network Storage Servers simple and convenient. It provides 
  you with the following facilities:
  
  * Presentation of AXIS Storage Servers in an "AXIS WinPoint" 
    folder that is created under "My Computer" in the Explorer.
  
  * Possibility to set their IP addresses.
  
  * A Windows tool where you can do all Configuration and 
    Management that can be done via the built in Web support in the
    StorPoint units (accept for the disktool functions in the 
    StorPoint HD for Jaz drives).

    NOTE: This tool is only applicable to servers with firmware 
          preceding version 5.00

  * Launch of a Web browser, by clicking on a StorPoint unit, from which
    Management, Configuration and Disc/Disk access can be made.

  * Disc/Disk access.

    
How to install AXIS WinPoint for Windows 95/98 and NT 4.0
=========================================================

  1. Start Microsoft Windows

  2. Go to the directory where the SETUP.EXE file for WinPoint 
     is located

  3. Run the SETUP.EXE file and follow the instructions on 
     the screen.


How to uninstall AXIS WinPoint
==============================

  1. Before uninstalling or upgrading AXIS WinPoint, all 
     Explorer windows should be closed.

  2. Open the control panel.

  3. Run 'Add/Remove Programs'.

  4. Choose 'AXIS WinPoint' and press the 'Add/Remove...'
     button.
