AXIS CAPT Print Monitor 1.12.08

Release Candidate 1 of the Print Monitor with a fix that will handle
the wireless network card problem.


General Remarks:

- Run the setup program, and the new version will be installed.

New functionality since 1.12.01:

- Detects network changes usually after 10-20 seconds and adapts.
- Supports English, French, German and Japanese.


Limitations:
- This fix does not work on Windows NT 4. But I don't think the problem will
  appear on Windows NT4, and thus we should not need to solve it for NT 4.



Uninstallation:
Use the "Add/Remove Programs" Control Panel.

General Remarks:

- Run the setup program, and the new version will be installed.

- Please make sure that the registry settings for logging are changed
  like this:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Axis Communications\AXIS CAPT Port\Settings
  DbgFileLevel = 2
  DbgViewLevel = 2

  This will produce log information both to the DbgView application and to
  the log file "c:\Windows\axcapmon.log" (Win 9x/Me) and 
               "c:\WINNT\axcapmon.log" (Win NT/2000/XP)
  Log level 1 is default logging (OS, networks), l
  level 2 is trace logging (most useful, communication can be traced) 
  and level 3 is debug level (a lot of hard to understand information)

- To trigger the print monitor to use the new log levels, runt the 
  Windows Add Printer Wizard until the port list is displayed. This will
  cause the Port Monitor to read log levels. One can also reboot the
  computer and the Port Monitor will read the levels when started.


New functionality since 1.11.20:

- Added functionality that detects network adapter changes, such as
  changed local IP-address or changed number of network cards. If such
  changes, the Print Monitor will use the new network configuration. The
  process of detecting and handling a network change usually takes 15-30 
  seconds, although it might sometimes take 1-2 minutes.


Limitations:
- Only an English version released.
- This fix does not work on Windows NT 4. But I don't think the problem will
  appear on Windows NT4, and thus we should not need to solve it for NT 4.
