Upgrade recommendations ======================== If you need to step up your firmware several steps, it is recommended to do an intermediate upgrade to LTS-tracks before proceeding. For example if the current version is 7.40 and you want to upgrade to 9.80. Then you should do the upgrade in these steps: 7.40 => 8.40 LTS => 9.80. Known Bugs/Limitations ================================================================================ 9.70.1:L1 It is not possible to upgrade the product from 9.60 to any other release while having SOCKS proxy configured in the product. 9.40.1:L1 There might be event settings available that is not applicable to the product with the current setup. 9.40.1:L2 If the product is disconnected while the T61xx is running, the T61xx needs to be restarted before the product is re-connected. 9.40.1:L3 After upgrade, the privacy masks settings might need to be reconfigured. 9.30.1:L1 There might be features currently explained in the help files that may not be supported by the camera. 9.20.1:L1 If the text overlay is placed in the upper right, lower left or lower right corner, it will only be visible in the highest resolution. 9.10.1:L1 It is recommended to perform firmware recovery to rollback the products firmware to a previous version. Downgrading the products firmware through the usual firmware upgrade process can cause configuration and ACAP loss. It is recommended to perform a factory default afterwards.
