FIRMWARE RELEASE NOTES ====================== Products affected: AXIS A1001 Release date: 2016-07-21 Release type: Production Firmware version: 1.46.0 File name: A1001_1_46_0.bin Preceding release: 1.45.0 AMC version: None Onvif support: Profile C ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS ==================== Upgrade the firmware with AXIS Camera Management, HTTP, or FTP. Follow the instructions given in the User Manual, at http://www.axis.com/support/tecnical-notes/how-to-upgrade, or howtoupgrade.txt, which is included in the firmware folder. New Features ============ 1.46.0:F1 It is now possible to configure an Aperio system to use door position switch (DPS) and handle state detection (request to exit functionality) using Axis Entry Manager. 1.46.0:F2 New events added for credential changed and credential removed Corrections in 1.46.0 since 1.45.0 ================================= 1.46.0:C1 Additional AccessDoor requests while a door is in Accessed state will not use the supplied AccessTime (if specified), but instead use the default access time of the door configuration. Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== 1.46.0:L01 It's possible to set faulty IP addresses as proxy under AVHS settings. 1.46.0:L02 Creating an action rule (on the action engine web pages) with additional conditions (e.g. schedule trigger /and/ door monitor open) does not work. 1.46.0:L03 After a firmware update, the web browser cache may need to be cleared to avoid seeing pages originating from the old firmware. 1.46.0:L04 Specifying an IdPoint timeout value (waiting for PIN to be entered) greater than 10 seconds has no effect. 1.46.0:L05 When using the API to add credentials with eg. CardRaw fields, where a hexadecimal representation of card data is used, it is important that lower case letters are used. 1.46.0:L06 No DSCP value when sending QoS packages. 1.46.0:L07 In Entry Manager Date & Time Settings you can only input the IP address of the ntp server, not the DNS name. DNS name of NTP server can be provided by going into Additional Controller Configuration > System Options > TCP/IP > Advanced > NTP Configuration. 1.46.0:L08 Changing the Time Zone will not work from ACS and ACM. 1.46.0:L09 When Global Events is enabled, then action rules with additional conditions does not work and action rules with the schedule set to something other than Always will not work. 1.46.0:L10 Using the controllers API setting up a recurring rule without a counter or end date does not work. 1.46.0:L11 If using Firefox version 40 there are minor graphical errors in the generated door report (Reports>Doors>View and print). 1.46.0:L12 A schedule with a duration shorter or equal to one hour does not show its end time when viewed in "Show in calendar when the schedule applies". 1.46.0:L13 If the device is configured with two locks that are operating under scheduled unlock, the locks will lock after a system reboot even if the schedule states that they should be unlocked. 1.46.0:L14 When transitioning from the door state LockedDown to door state Locked (via LockedDownReleaseDoor), a door forced open alarm beep on the reader will stop beeping. 1.46.0:L15 Importing a JSON file with an invalid hardware configuration will be reported as being successfully imported. 1.46.0:L16 When a Aperio system is set up and the hardware configuration is exported, the Aperio Hub is missing in the export. 1.46.0:L17 The API tid:FeedbackMessage stops responding with values if an IO assignment of a reader interface (e.g Wiegand) is removed and then configured again. 1.46.0:L18 In a system with two configured locks, when a REX button is pressed the event "No action taken by anonymous users after granted access" will show up directly after the "Accessed" event in the event logger. 1.46.0:L19 It is possible to add a Door or Floor to the same access group several times in AEM, even if this it is not displayed. When removing the Door or Floor this is not updated properly. 1.46.0:L20 When removing a device from a controller cluster that is configured to control an A9188 device, the GUI popup only mentions doors, not floors. 1.46.0:L21 If a proper Aperio hardware configuration is completed without any physicaldoors, the controller GUI might show the text "The hardware on this controller is not configured". 1.46.0:L22 The reader feedback indicating door open too long is incorrect. A pulsating beep is heard instead of a constant beep.
