UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS
====================

Upgrade the firmware with AXIS Camera Management, HTTP, or FTP.
Follow the instructions given in the User Manual, at
http://www.axis.com/support/tecnical-notes/how-to-upgrade,
or howtoupgrade.txt, which is included in the firmware folder.

********************IMPORTANT********************
If you are using this AXIS A1001 connected to an AVHS or O3C solution
You need to upgrade your firmware locally. NOT through the AVHS portal.

License plate is now a possible option when configuring identification data
in AEM. ONLY USEABLE TOGETHER WITH PARTNER ACAP ON AXIS CAMERA.

Known Bugs/Limitations
======================

1.57.0:L02
Creating an action rule (on the action engine web pages) with additional
conditions (e.g. schedule trigger /and/ door monitor open) does not work.

After a firmware update, the web browser cache may need to be cleared to avoid
seeing pages originating from the old firmware.

1.57.0:L05
Specifying an IdPoint timeout value (waiting for PIN to be entered) greater than
10 seconds has no effect.

In Entry Manager Date & Time Settings you can only input the IP address of the
ntp server, not the DNS name. DNS name of NTP server can be provided by going
into Additional Controller Configuration > System Options > TCP/IP > Advanced >
NTP Configuration.

Changing the Time Zone will not work from ACS and ACM.

It is not possible to create action rules with schedules, other than "Always (No
Schedule)", when in a controller cluster.

If you have offline controllers in a controller cluster and try to remove one of
the units that is online this requires a majority of all controllers being
online excluding the controller being removed.

To change the recipient of an Action Rule, click the "Modify..." button
and change there. The drop-down in the Action Rule lists currently does not

Creating an Action Rule triggering on Door Monitor with additional conditions or
other schedule than Always(no schedule) will not work.

If you have a door configured with a door monitor, the lock button in AEM will
not immediately lock the door. It will only set the controller in a locking
state. The door lock will be locked once the door monitor indicates that the
door is closed.

Importing a JSON file with an invalid hardware configuration will be reported as
being successfully imported.

The Daylight Savings time setting does not change the time in the Event Log in
AEM.

When a Aperio system is set up and the hardware configuration is exported, the
Aperio Hub is missing in the export.

on status events from the remote device does not work.

It is possible to add a Door or Floor to the same access group several times in
AEM, even if this it is not displayed. When removing the Door or Floor this is
not updated properly.

If using a controller cluster and configuring an action rule on one of the
devices to trigger on an event sent by another device in the cluster, the
action rule will not be triggered.
