C01: Only admin can disable the ACAP using API.
C02: Events link are redirected now to new web GUI.


Known bugs/limitations
======================
K01: License will not appear as activated in Apps menu upon upgrading from AXIS Occupancy Estimator, AXIS Tailgating Detector, 
or AXIS Direction Detector. Accessing the application displays the license as correctly registered. 
K02: It is necessary to manually enable the Occupancy Data functionality after upgrading from AXIS Occupancy Estimator. 
K03: The value of <appname> in API requests needs to be <people-counter>. Refer to the Axis VAPIX Library for additional information.
