UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS
====================

The firmware can be upgraded using Axis Camera Management, HTTP or FTP.
Please follow the instructions from the user's manual, the web page at
http://www.axis.com/techsup/cam_servers/how_to_upgrade.htm or the file named
howtoupgrade.txt.


Corrections in 6.40.1.2 since 6.40.1.1
======================================

6.40.1.2:C01
Added standalone mode. Product can now be used solo, without a connected
Q60-E PTZ network camera. Mode selection is done automatically during boot,
based on whether a connected camera is detected or not.


Known Bugs/Limitations
======================

6.40.1.2:L01
Recording streams to SD card with a total bit rate above 12Mbit/sec may cause
missing frames/sequences.

6.40.1.2:L02
Text overlays with video data in each stream will not be correct in quad view

6.40.1.2:L03
Video stream during PTZ calibration process and RemoteGatekeeper configuration
is not available when HTTPS with self-signed certificate is enabled and IE11 is
used. It is recommended to use another browser, add the ip-address of the camera
to the secure white list and reload the webpage.

6.40.1.2:L04
PTZ calibration and RemoteGatekeeper can only be performed when in 720p capture
mode.
