Please follow the instructions from the user's manual, the web page at http://www.axis.com/techsup/cam_servers/how_to_upgrade.htm or the file named howtoupgrade.txt. Release 5.55.6 ================= Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== 5.55.6:L1 When the automatic IR cut filter enables/disables the filter, it may trigger motion detection. 5.55.6:L2 It is possible to remove a configured event schedule when it is in use by an action. 5.55.6:L3 Recording to SD-card event will not trigger again if triggered while the card was unmounted. 5.55.6:L4 CBR option is not true constant bit-rate, it only limits the maximum bit-rate for the stream. 5.55.6:L5 Certification error triggers when attempting to send an email via a mail configuration based on the AOL predefined provider. 5.55.6:L6 Some specific combination of events and actions when adding an action rule may cause an error pop-up noting "Failed to parse topic expression". After continued configuration the rule will work as intended. 5.55.6:L7 Video motion detection will detect objects hidden behind privacy masks. 5.55.6:L8 The NO VIDEO text overlay will not be shown during startup and shutdown of the camera. 5.55.6:L9 The pixel counter scales with the video in when streaming H.264 video via AMC which may make it see to use. 5.55.6:L10 A limitation in the image sensor causes a thin black horizontal line at the bottom of the image. 5.55.6:L11 Status led will flash red for three times during startup while network is being configured. 5.55.6:L12 #p and #P text modifiers does not work for actions triggered by motion detection. 5.55.6:L13 Pan limits set using VAPIX are not reflected using ONVIF. 5.55.6:L14 Automatic gain setting needs to be configured to 42dB for the use of color optimized Day/Night switch priority setting, otherwise night mode will never trigger. 5.55.6:L15 Area of interest is not shown during reconfiguring of detectors created when the camera was configured with a different video rotation setting. 5.55.6:L16 The live stream is not updated when using tilt arrows in some revisions of Internet Explorer 9. The stream will update again once the mouse pointer is not hovering over the arrow icon. 5.55.6:L17 Current iris setting indicator is not shown in automatic iris mode. 5.55.6:L18 Video stream is not available when using IPv6 with Internet Explorer 11 and AMC. 5.55.6:L19 A guard tour interrupted by a pan, tilt or zoom movement triggered by the operator may take up to 5 minutes to resume. 5.55.6:L20 After uploading a new application, the installed applications list web page needs to be manually reloaded for it to be updated. 5.55.6:L21 Detector limitations * Only one instance of the detectors "object removed", "enter/exit", "fence" and "counter" can be activated at the same time. * Adjust the object size to the size of the objects to be detected. * The detected size might differ from the actual size, depending on the shape of the object. * Up to 16 detected objects can be displayed at the same time. * The video analysis capability may degrade in the following conditions: - The object is close to the camera. - The object color or brightness is similar to the background. - A major scene change. - The object is hidden behind other objects. - Two or more objects overlap. - The object is moving too fast. - Reflection, blur or shadow due to direct sunlight, illumination or headlamps. - Severe snow, rain, wind, dawn or dusk. 5.55.6:L22 IR-cut filter will block in day-mode if it switches on/off multiple times within 5 minutes in order to protect the hardware. The IR-cut filter will unlock again after detecting bright conditions or a user resends the "auto IR-cut" command. 5.55.6:L23 Q6045-C-MkII does not reconfigure its IP address when the media converter switch is reconnected to a different network without a restart or without waiting until the current DHCP lease have expired.
