NEW SOFTWARE RELEASE ==================== Application: AXIS Object Analytics Release date: 2020-05-15 Release type: Production Software version: 1.0.1 beta Preceding Release: NA -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Contact Information =================== Please contact Axis Communications for product information, updates and support at www.axis.com -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Compatible Products =================== P1375 P1375-E P1377 P1377-LE P1378 P1378-LE P3245-LV P3245-LVE P3245-V P3245-VE Q1798-LE Installation Instructions ========================= In the product's web interface, go to the Applications menu and install the corresponding application package and license file if applicable. Start the application. For more instructions see the product's User Manual at www.axis.com. Preferred browsers for the configuration web page are latest version of Google Chrome and Firefox. Dependencies ============ Required Firmware Version 10.0.0 or later. Features ======== Alarm events based on classification of Humans or Vehicles. Metadata overlay burnt into video streams from the camera to visualize what triggered an alarm. Support for AnyMotion - i.e. trigger alarms based on any movement, regardless of classification. Support for multiple simultaneous scenarios. Types of scenarios supported include "Object in area" and "Line crossing". Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== L01: Detection distance might be negatively affected in 90 or 270 degree rotations. L02: Objects moving straight towards the camera take longer time to be detected. L03: Enabling visual confirmation may introduce video latency and due to increased CPU-load may affect analytic behavior negatively. L04: The application is performance demanding and thus it is highly recommended to ensure that the camera is not exstensively loaded, especially when running other analytic applications at the same time. L05: The perspective configuration needs to be adjusted in case image rotation or zoom is changed. L06: If the cameras capture mode is changed during setup, the camera must be restarted for visual confirmation to work correctly. L07: Visual confirmation in the configuration page requires that the browser can connect an rtsp-stream over websockets. This requires that the network / proxy settings does not stop this connection. Support for an rtsp-stream over websockets requires an updated browser. L08: Some products will trigger on objects behind privacy masks. To avoid this, exclude areas need to be added. L09: The "xinternal" event is an internal event used within the application. L10: Metadata overlay is not supported in snapshots via action rule or image CGI. L11: No support of 4:3 capture modes with rotation. L12: Recommended to run with 16:9 aspect ratio capture modes.
