With AXIS Body Worn Live, camera wearers need never feel alone. When an incident occurs and a wearer starts recording, they can immediately activate a live audio and video stream from their camera to the operator. The operator is notified in their management system to follow along in real-time in the cloud-based application. They can make informed decisions about things like when to send in backup – and GPS location coordinates indicate where they should send it. Plus, as soon as an operator tunes in, they can inform the wearer that they’re watching. The wearer knows someone has their back, so they can concentrate on the incident rather than on communication with headquarters.

From the moment a wearer activates AXIS Body Worn Live, everything their camera picks up will make it back to operators. They can start monitoring the scene – and supporting the wearer – right away. But even if the transmission drops out, buffering means no data will be lost, for example if the wearer suddenly finds themselves in a WIFI dead zone.
