For specifications of recommended replacement product, see the datasheet.Hardware support and RMA service expired on 2014-11-30. For information about the support policy after discontinuation date, go to General support policy after discontinuation date. AXIS OS support expired on 2014-11-30. Self-help resources will not be maintained beyond this date. We strongly suggest that you replace your product. When the AXIS OS support period has expired no further updates will be released. Software for all devices can be found on the device software download page.

Please note that for products that no longer receive updates, i.e. the AXIS OS support date is passed, the software is no longer supported and may have known bugs and security vulnerabilities.
