New release ACAP version 4.8

ACAP version 4.8 is released and is compatible with AXIS OS 11.4.

The following ACAP Native SDK machine learning examples have been updated to use larod3:

• vdo-larod - A combined VDO stream and Larod based ACAP application running inference on an edge device
• object-detection - Object detection example
• object-detection-cv25 - Object detection example
   

The following ACAP Native SDK machine learning examples have been deprecated, as the newly updated vdo-larod example cover them all:

• larod - A larod based ACAP application running inference on an edge device
• vdo-larod-preprocessing - A combined vdo stream and larod based ACAP application running inference on an edge device

No new device are supported in this release.
